Free shipping applies to orders $300 or more WITH a shipping address in the lower 48 states of the United States. We apologize for not being able to offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, but it's just not feasible.

Standard Shipping Policy - Applies to All Shipments

We use UPS for shipping all of our packages, domestic and international. All UPS shipped items are insured. Orders are processed within 24hrs on every business day and we provide our customers with shipping notices and UPS tracking numbers.

Out Of Stock Items

Rarely we may have a product on our web site that is out of stock. Normally we flag the item on the website so you know it is out of stock, but sometimes this situation happens unexpectedly. In this type of situation we will contact you and offer to substitute a similar product with superior characteristics (upgrade). If this is not possible we will provide a 100% refund. Since we have product in two warehouse locations (Arizona and Florida) this is rarely an issue.

Engineering Changes

On rare occasions our suppliers may upgrade a product unexpectedly. Engineering upgrades always provide an enhancement to the product. Sometimes the change is internal, such as adding backlight compensation to a camera that did not previously have that feature. If the change effects the look of the product we may have mixed stock where some cameras (for instance) may appear slightly different than the picture on the website. In this event we make every effort possible to ship the product that looks like the picture on our website, but if the old version is not available we reserve the right to supply the newest version as the current model and upgrade the pictures on our website at our earliest convenience.
