Save money with this video converter/balun by using CAT5 cable (with RJ-45 type connector) instead of coaxial cable. Connect up to four cameras and transmit black and white video up to 600 meters (1968.5 feet) or color video up to 400 meters (1312.3 feet). This is a passive device and requires no power supply. As an added feature, if you only have two or three cameras you can break out the wires and construct your own twisted pair connections using a handy screw-terminal block on the back of the unit. All four cameras can be broken out into individual twisted pair wire connections if necessary.

Please note these devices work in pairs. You must have one device transmitting and one device receiving. Unless you need a single replacement, please choose "2" in the quantity field.

Optionally you can use this transceiver with our STI-B4HPW powered balun on the camera side of the cable. This configuration (shown below) allows you to send power over a CAT5 cable to your cameras, eliminating the need for a separate power source at the camera locations.
