Suggested placement: This is a great lens for a camera that won't be moved much and will be dedicated to monitoring a specific zone. Use this lens with one of our board cameras such as STI-454, STI-454D low light sensitive, STI-454A (with auto-iris control) or the high resolution model STI-454H model. Since it requires manual adjustment remember that when you move your camera to a new area you will have to be able to access the lens to adjust focus and iris to the new environment.
